Do the media (television, newspaper, radio, internet) reflect societal attitudes on different racial/ethnic groups or do the media determine and teach us our opinions about racial/ethnic groups?  (As a related activity, watch at least three of your favorite television shows and take note of the advertisements during  the commercial breaks.  Reflect on the roles for different racial ethnic groups depicted in both the television programs and the commercials .   should be no less than two pages.
